I went to Auto Zone to replace my windshield wipers .I didn't know how to put them on .I asked a woman I wish I got her name for help . The service there at least from what I experienced was super ! I gave her a 7.00 tip . Not only that I got a free bottle of windshield stuff ! Another time a guy helped me with something else . Thanks again

Previously I left a five star review. This store has definitely gone downhill. Actually, it undulates like a porpoise on the ocean. Once again it is on a downhill spiral, but this has been going on for over a year. I am writing this review with one star due to the fact that I had purchased $600 in brake parts. I got home to the garage and started working on the vehicle, I replaced the front pads the front calipers and the rotors. One of the calipers was defective. The sales associate told me that they had another replacement in Kingston. They would not go and pick it up for me even though I had a customer waiting and the garage completely tied up with this vehicle. I wasn’t asking for a delivery to my house just for them to pick it up in Kingston and bring it to Marshfield. Without exaggeration I estimate I have spent probably $70,000 with them since they opened this store and Marshfield. I am all set with this company. I managed to buy another caliper from Fisher auto parts up the street. I would advise anybody who wants what a real “auto parts store“ has to offer, do the same. This store many times has had workers who are either extremely rude or ignorant to the trade in general… My last complaint is that the prices through Autozone have gone through the roof and it has nothing to do with tariffs for any of that political garbage. Six years ago I needed a front pipe for my truck… $1200, I found it on car ID same warranty same pipe… $500 They give you a deal on oil but they charge you four times the amount for the filter. 194 LED bulbs… Eight dollars for two, I bought 20 on Amazon for nine dollars… Same brand!!!! Checked around people if you are not in a rush, often times AutoZone is more than double. I take back my old five star review which I gave to help the old manager Tony This store sucks!!! And I hope for once they pay the price, they have been sticking it to us for way too long.
