Terrific experiences here. The employees rock: they're knowledge and extremely friendly. David in particular is a super good dude who knows his stuff goes above and beyond to be helpful. There's a couple auto part stores near me, but I always go here because of David. I hope AutoZone does whatever it needs to do to keep him on for as long as he wants to stay. Seriously one of the best experiences I've had as a customer at any store.

I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to a team member named Ky (or Kay) I’m not sure how he spelt his name. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. Not only did he remove my old battery and install the new one for me, but he also took extra time to help me troubleshoot an issue with my headlights. He explained everything clearly and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s honestly rare to find customer service this genuine and thoughtful. Thank you, Ky/Kay, for your professionalism and kindness—you definitely made a stressful car issue so much easier! And he knows how stressed I was lol??
