These crooks should not even still have a business. The only thing wrong with my truck was a cracked heater core. I brought my truck in 2/17/2025 after MDHHS approved repairs and I was guaranteed by Joe it would be done within 2-3 buisness days. Upon inspecting my paperwork on 2/24 when I picked up my truck. I had no warranty on my parts, no mechanic signature, illegal authorization for charge they claim i authorized in person, i never stepped foot in that shop until i picked it up on 2/24/25. I asked Joe why I had a ticking sound in my motor and my coolant was overfilled. Upon leaving their shop, my engine had a new ticking noise, along with a loud humming sound around 60 mph, my coolant was overfilled, my truck started overheating, I had no oil registering on my dipstick. According to joe from them revving on my truck all morning thats why my coolant was overfilled, which is inaccurate, I waited for my truck to cool and it was still going into the overflow hose. They put the wrong size exhaust on my vehicle, which caused a gasket to blow in my motor. My transmission fluid was past the fill line. I had property missing out of my vehicle. They also got into my locked tailgate, (zero reason for this with the repairs done) and went through my personal identifying information. I asked multiple times who the mechanic was that worked on my truck to see what was performed during the original inspection 1/13/2025. I also asked what they typically do during an inspection, no answer. I just kept getting excuses. When I asked for the first inspection with the mechanic signature on it they told me they didn't have one. I have to have my fan clutch replaced (why my truck has been overheating since I got it out of their shop), my coolant reservoir replaced from it boiling over due to a bad fan clutch. I explained other noises that I heard after the inspection for them to look into and they kept telling me they couldn't find anything there's nothing that they could do. Due to my oil not registering on the dipstick it was causing engine failure, along with a bad fuel pump. They never even checked my fluid levels. I know for a fact when I took my truck in there all of my levels were normal, as i just moved 3.5 hours up there. I made sure all my levels were good before making the long drive. Then, when I get my truck out of their facility, I have no oil registering on the dipstick. My transmission fluid is overfilled. My coolant is overfilled. Lights on my dashboard no longer work, I have a crack in my frame inside my truck.They purposely sabotaged my vehicle, they couldnt keep their word in timely repairs and I was rightfully upset. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. My heater core also only a year old is already having problems, and I can smell coolant, again no warranty. So I'm wondering, did they get it from their used salvage yard? Is this why I had no warranty on my parts that they supposedly had to order? A lot of shady things are being done at this business. DO NOT do business with them. After dropping off my vehicle, locals were telling me all the horror stories of this shop. One said they were charged $500 for a job that was not completed and when they went in to speak up about it, they were kicked out of the office. There are so many horror stories from locals about this shop and I did not know this until after my vehicle was already in there dismantled. Locals will even tell you not to do business with them, please heed the warnings. They over charge on parts and labor for their temu mechanics, make false statements, illegal charges on their paperwork, will steal your belongings, put used junkyard parts in vehicles, no warranty on their work, no mechanic signature and get aggressive when confronted. Don't take my word for it ask the locals everyone knows not to do buisness with them. Attached is my final paperwork from them, no warranty, no signature, illegal authorization and I dont care if its only $3.62, I did not authorize it nor come into their facility from when I dropped my truck off on 2/17/2025.

If you need a tow and are using AAA you will be put at the bottom of George’s list for your tow or your AAA service request might be canceled by him without notice! That is what happened to us. We had a flat which was going to be taken care of quickly by George garage until we found another garage that could replace all 4 tires for us the same day. When I notified George’s of the address change for our van delivery for repair (to Main Street Automotive) we were suddenly moved to the bottom of the tow list. 3 hrs later I called for an ETA of the tow truck. I was informed he canceled my tow requisition!! 3hrs later we were stuck at a rest stop with no tow truck coming!! Thanks George!! Thanks to Main Street automotive we were picked up within 30 mins and back on the road the same day with 4 new tires!!!
