Vincent is an amazing tow truck driver and person. My son was in a wreck 8 hours from home and my momma heart was stressing. Vincent made sure he was well taken care of and able to find necessities and a ferry before he let him out of this site. That man deserves a raise. His customer service skills and being a good human skills are second to none! 10/10 highly recommend!

Vinny and Lou are the best! They really bailed me out of a tough situation. I hired a professional logisitics company to deliver a boat lift from Wisconsin to Michigan south of the Mackinaw Bridge. The transporter had the wrong permit and got turned back at the bridge. Vinny unloaded the lift in the evening and stored for me and then Vinny and Lou loaded it back up for me when I had to come and get myself. Great guys that will do anything to help the customer. Thanks to both for everything!!

My car broke down (blown clutch) on the highway just south of the bridge. I decided to just have my car towed home. The driver arrived within 30 minutes. My tow: 300 miles and $1100. I got home in around 6 hours and was able to make it to work in the morning using my other car. The price looks high, but it was the best option rather than getting towed to Cheboygan and probably waiting a week or more to get the car fixed. I hope I never have to call them again, but I'm glad I did in the first place.
