Bumper was okay, definitely not in the condition that was pictured on Car-parts.com. The reason I followed through with the bumper because it matched my vehicle. Missing a trim piece on passenger side fog light. Bumper was not in an AO condition. The customer service was top notch. Quick and fast with response. Very pleasant to deal with.

I went in with a part number and they quickly found it in their inventory, the part was located at their other site and within an hour I was able to come back and pick it up. Very easy check out and the staff (especially Oscar) was extremely helpful and either had the answer or knew how to find the answer when it came to all my questions. Highly recommend!

My father purchased a used transmission from this yard with a guarantee that it would be repaired or refunded if it turned out to be damaged. Unfortunately, the transmission was indeed damaged, and instead of honoring their warranty, the staff tried to keep my father’s vehicle hostage until the warranty expired. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they are unprofessional
