Thanks to Abraham (might’ve not spelt his name correctly) I now have my interior dome lights changed. He had to take out the whole overhead light housing to do so because I have a Pontiac Vibe 2009 and ofc it can’t be easy. He showed me how to do it so I know for next time and overall seemed like a great guy and super friendly. Thank you for being awesome and taking time out of your day to help me Abraham ?

⸻ I stopped into this AutoZone today looking for a simple hose clamp. I walked in, said hello, and asked the employee where the hose clamps were. He just looked at me and completely ignored me. No acknowledgement, no help—nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience here. Every time I come in, it feels like no one wants to help. I only needed one small part, and instead I was treated like I was an inconvenience. I’m honestly better off going to O’Reilly’s five minutes down the road. They greet me when I walk in, they’re happy to help, and they’ll even walk me to the part I’m looking for. I’m not sure why I even bothered coming to this location today. Very disappointing.
