I’m in Syracuse temporarily and I was in a bind with my older vehicle. Needed to get it back home an hour away, asked for an oil change & new tires but instead got full diagnostic with thorough inspection, estimate and photo/video documentation in real time. Alain is my go-to for any and all car problems! He's thorough and does great work, but he also takes the time to explain the problems and the recommended repairs. When the car gets a diagnostic, he takes videos to show exactly the issue and explain how he'll fix it. He's also very understanding about limited budgets and will help prioritize work based on the most urgent needs as well as opting for repairs that require more labor but fewer parts in order to save me money. Can't recommend him highly enough!

My experience with AB Auto was so awesome from The moment I stepped in the shop, I was welcomed with a smile. I had to get my brakes repaired and the price was amazing. All the other spots I called were charging me way more than what I paid. I recommend them highly. This will be my new spot from now on. They also speak both English and Spanish.
