Nothing dependable about this company. Trash is often never picked up and never on time. Like playing the lottery if the trash is actually taken. Poor service. Going to issue complaint to Geddes Town Board requesting new town provider. I want to update my original review after being contacted by the company. Nick from the company reached out personally and was professional, responsive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. He was courteous and seemed to actually care about improving the customer experience, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my follow-up interaction with the owner was very different. The conversation was confrontational and dismissive, and instead of addressing the ongoing service issues (missed and inconsistent pickups), it focused on arguing and accusations rather than solutions. I’m disappointed because there are clearly people at the company who understand customer service, but leadership did not reflect that same approach. I hope the company can improve reliability and internal communication going forward.

I have been with a dependable disposal for five years! I used a couple of other services before signing on with them. They are absolutely wonderful! They are quick, they bring my bins back to the garage and leave them nice and lined up. They are always friendly and say hello if my children or I happen to be outside. They never miss a day. They are a great solid company!
