I genuinely wish I could leave a zero-star review, because that’s exactly what this place deserves—zero stars. Lakeland Auto Repair is an absolute joke. I typically take my vehicles to reputable shops, but decided to try this local spot just two minutes from my house. Big mistake. I brought one vehicle in for an alignment and scheduled another alignment for a second vehicle right after. They called me and said the first vehicle was missing a pin in the back and they couldn’t do the alignment. Fine—I told them I’d get it fixed and bring it back. At any other decent shop, they’d let you do that without charging you $62.10 just to tell you something’s missing. But not here—they demanded $62.10 just for looking at the vehicle. Ridiculous. I then said, “Okay, let me bring my other truck down now for the alignment instead,” and they told me no—I still owed them $62.10 before they’d touch anything else. Again, I’ve never seen anything like this. They claimed I “took up their bay for half an hour,” yet when I was there, there wasn’t a single car being worked on. The place was dead. So let’s be honest—they weren’t turning away any other work because of my vehicle. I run a business and have three vehicles that could’ve used regular service and repair. Instead, Lakeland lost a potential long-term customer after just one visit. My first time there will definitely be my last. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere more honest and professional. Avoid this shady repair shop at all costs.

I blew a tire going down 690 they were able to fit me in and I'm back on the road. so so very impressed. If I lived closer I would come back for anything I needed. And the prices were spot on too.
