Northern Lights Auto Service came to help when I had a flat tire. They showed up ahead of schedule, loaded my vehicle quickly, and towed me to the mechanic of my choice. They towed my F-250 and 24' enclosed trailer when I broke down on 90 West. The driver arrived within 20 minutes from when I called and he had me off the highway quickly. They had a diesel Tech that knew Fords very well and diagnosed the problem quickly. The required part was in stock at Napa, which is attached to their shop. The truck was fixed and I was back on the road 4 hours from the time I broke down. I would highly recommend and will call them if I ever need assistance in Syracuse.
