Charles is absolutely the best! He’s incredibly kind, professional, and kept us updated every step of the way throughout our car repair. Our insurance was a total headache to deal with, but Charles made it happen - he handled everything and got them to finalize payment. Working with him and his team was such a pleasure. When we got the car back, it looked brand new - like it had just rolled off the dealership lot! They even went the extra mile by washing and detailing the car before giving it back to us, and they took care of arranging the rental as well. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with a repair shop. We really got lucky finding them. The shop is honest, fair with pricing, and delivers outstanding quality and customer service. I’ve had to bring my car here twice (one of them our car was crumbled and couldn’t be driven) for two separate accidents, and both times the results and the experience were unbelievable and very good. I wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else! Seriously, Charles is the best!

Excellent, seamless service from start to finish for my car's body repair. Charles went above and beyond - knew all the ins and outs of the insurance and rental car, explained everything to me, and handled everything. they finished on time, work was high quality. AND, they unexpectededly cleaned my car inside and out. If i am unlucky enough to have another accident, they will be my 1st choice for repairs.
