Check-in on the scale but first, drive around the backside of the building to U-Turn in a dirt spot and drive onto the scale. Provide pickup number and security will tell you what dock door, I was placed at bay 1 for my pickup. Loading took a couple hours. Drive back to the scale to get weighed but again, loop around the backside of the building again, return back on the scale with your doors open for security to take a picture. Close your doors and seal up. Get your BOL and get driving ?

I have been experiencing the same issue for over a month. The customer service agents are kind and you can tell that they are just the punching bags between operations and the customers. Not one attempt for escalation has resulted in a manager returning my phone calls. I am not any closer to finding a solution to the problem that Recology started in the first place. I just want recieve the service that I am paying for.

Some of the worst customer service and worst overall service you will ever have the displeasure of paying for if you are unlucky enough to have a business in their pickup zone. Unreliable, zero communication, very expensive, and flat out liars on the customer service side. Makes me sick that there are no alternatives for small business.
