Shortly after leaving the Mukilteo ferry heading for Renton I had to make an emergency stop in a parking lot. Because I was pulling a travel trailer, I needed two tow trucks. AAA called the trucks. The first to arrive was Jared from Compass Towing NW. it was very cold; I could not run the car. Once Jared got the trailer secured, he insisted that I wait in the warm truck for the other tow truck and not be there alone. He was extremely competent and a kind man! He then took the trailer to it’s spot in storage and sent me two photos showing it was safely there?. Highly recommend him!!!

Driver failed to stop for me at the crosswalk coming out of safeway and then took up 4 spaces. Somebody come tow him!

Call AAA for a tow and compass towing accepted the call sat here for three hours waiting finally get a call from the driver saying he wants to tow my car to his impound yard and deliver it in the morning. I called at noon AAA. It takes three hours to tell me that they’re gonna put my car in impound until the morning time what am I supposed to do walk home 123 miles then they call AAA and cancel So I had to call back to AAA and start all over and get a new tow company. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone like I wanna sit at impound yard for the next 17 hours before I get home with my car.
