I used this towing company at the recommendation of Katy Auto Collision. I had already waited an hour for a previous tow company I had called, I cancelled their dispatch, instead calling Gregory’s and their service was very fast. The lady answering the phone was quick & got my service dispatched fast. Our tow truck driver was efficient and got me to the body shop before they closed. I called the office several times for an ETA (I’m a very anxious person lol) & they were never rude, AT ALL, & answered every question. She was kind. We rode in the truck with our driver & it was very clean and nice. Thank you!

Highly recommend! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in July with a semi-truck while traveling through Katy, TX. Gregory arrived within 30 minutes and made sure I was taken care of. As someone from out of town, I truly appreciated that he stayed with me until I had a rental car and guided me through every step of the process. Most companies just take your car and leave you to figure out the rest, but Gregory and his team went above and beyond.

Would highly recommend as the customer service was top notch. They were very responsive and knew how to operate a tow truck. I have had a few different companies drop a vechile of mine off of the flat bed loading or unloading it but I did not have to worry about that with Gregory's. Would definitely call again in the future for help with a vechile issue.
