Ricker did a great job replacing a broken water pump on our SUV. He gave us an fair quote, and didn't over charge for labor. Ricker kept us updated while his team was working on the car, and he called us when they found some additional concerns we weren't aware of. He and his team even went the extra mile and totally cleaned up our grimy engine bay. They really impressed me with their honest service and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend Ricker and his team.

Not sure about this establishment. Surely will not go back. I will say that the work done was good. That's not the issue. What is the issue is that when the owner found out we were using our insurance for the repair the estimate changed three times! I do understand that some adjustments have to be made but this was over the top! Next issue. When the insurance company sent him proof that the check was on its way, he still wouldn't release the vehicle. It is standard once a insurance company sends you verification that the claim has been paid and the check is in the mail you can release the vehicle. This guy refused to. I have insurance with a major company, not a fly by night organization so I not sure why he would not release it. I have my own opinion why he didn't but I not going to post those because I don't know absolutely so I will not voice them. Finally, he changed for repairs he didn't do! This was very crooked on his part. In conclusion, not a good experience.

They work on my truck, my wife’s Tahoe and my 2 boys’ trucks as well as my in laws vehicles. I drive from Katy to Waller because I trust Ricker Automotive.
