Amazing work, amazing people, treat us like family, explained thoroughly in details and review of our undercarriage and provided knowledge over each and individual part and fluids! Treated our toddler so kindly and let my baby girl pick out a toy! Great price! Great place! Check them out! You will not be disappointed!!! 1st time customer. Saw a coupon for a $49.95 full synthetic oil change so best time to check them out. Very friendly and didn’t push repairs on me, just told me things I need to think about doing soon. Will definitely be back, might send my mom that way when her oil change is due. I really appreciate the mechanic taking pics of the items that need repair not just telling me. I was really surprised by that.

I brought my car in for an A/C repair, which was completed—but during the final test drive, Rachel Spencer crashed my vehicle, ultimately totaling it. The incident happened in early May, and I did not receive any resolution or compensation until late June. That’s nearly two months of stress and chasing down answers. What’s even more alarming is that on the day of the accident, the shop let me leave with the damaged vehicle and told me not to open the hood because there was no guarantee it would close again. No one explained the full extent of the damage or took accountability. Over that weekend, my front bumper was literally falling off and had to be screwed back in place by their recommended body shop—just so it would hold together temporarily. I was driving around in what felt like a unsafe vehicle that they had damaged, with no urgency or responsibility taken. Throughout the entire claims process with her insurance, Rachel never once spoke to me directly in person or by phone. Instead, she contacted a family member, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Only after doing that did she finally send me a text message—her only form of direct communication with me throughout the entire ordeal. After I received confirmation from her insurance that my car was a total loss, I went to the shop in person to speak with her about getting a refund for the A/C repair, which had cost me over $2,000. I waited in the lobby, but was told she was “on a call” and couldn’t speak with me. She had the front desk receptionist—who was very kind and understanding—act as a go-between via text message. Still, no direct explanation or apology. While her insurance eventually paid out for the totaled vehicle, I had to fight to get my $2,000+ refunded from her. The entire situation was dragged out and handled with a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I would absolutely not recommend this shop to anyone.
