Called here to look for a wheel as i was already having a bad day and when they answered the phone i instantly started smiling. they were by far the sweetest ever. i showed up and was instantly greeted with smiles. they made sure i was okay and if i had everything i needed before i left. and ended up getting a hug that was very much needed. if looking for parts i definitely recommend Billy's Toyota they have everything you need and great customer service. I will now on be recommending this place to family and friends and will continue to use them for all my car needs they are such an amazing business and definitely deserve the five stars. I live in Wyoming, the state North of Colorado ?.... Billy's is my first call when I need something for either my Lexus ES350 or 4Runner. In 22, I drove to Alabama to pick up an entire front clip for my Lexus, just last week a new headlight arrived...it's just easier to call Nathan ... I know if he wouldn't put the part on his car, he won't send it to me.
