I was on my way to the mechanic to take my wife’s car to he looked at. Well on my way there it gave out and the control arm came loose and my tire was dragging. I almost lost control and had to pull over. I called two other places and they both took too long to respond and put me on hold. I called A&S and they answered quickly. He asked a few questions and had me send him where I was. He then let me know he will be here in 25-30 minutes. I was skeptical since past tow trucks have left me waiting for 1+ hours and I really needed to make it to my appointment so I didn’t have time to wait that long. To my excitement he actually did make it in 30 minutes! He connected the control arm to be able to put it on the bed. Once he did that he was able to lift on the flatbed. We followed him to the mechanic where he unloaded it for me. TL;DR Tow truck came within 30 minutes and was able to help me get to where I needed to go. Standard rate but I was happy to pay it since he was able to get to me quickly and did a great job helping.

Great customer service from this team!! Sons car broke down on his way to work. He had no way home tonight. It was 30 degrees tonight and he was waiting on a tow on the side of the highway. These guys took the call and got to him quickly. Very professional and courteous. Will gladly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for the prompt service.
