I’ve generally had a negative impression of towing companies due to high charges and poor accountability, but this experience was different. My Tesla had a flat tire and needed to be towed to a tire shop. During the tow, the technician accidentally damaged the towing hinge, which was discovered later at the shop. I contacted Tri City Towing immediately, and they accepted responsibility right away without any hesitation. Although their insurance caused some delays and denied the rental car cost, Tri City Towing stood by their word. They were willing to pay out of pocket for both the repair and the rental, taking full responsibility. The process took close to two months, but throughout it all, their communication, professionalism, and accountability were excellent. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters—and they handled this the right way. Highly recommended.

Had a friend visiting from out of town and they had gotten their car stuck on a steep curb in a weird angle, on a holiday. Literally less than 10 mins after calling for assistance they showed up and surgically removed the car off the hill/curb without additional damage to the car. 10/10 boss skills.

We were involved in an accident on September 14 and Tri-City was called to tow our vehicle. They were very courteous, professional, and let us know exactly what we needed to do/bring in order to drop by and retrieve the rest of things left in the car. We set up an appointment, brought the required identification and had no problems at all. Tough situation we were in but overall positive experience with Tri-City Towing.
