Horrible people. Completely soulless. We parked for 20 minutes, and the car was gone. The lady on the phone, who sounded like she had trouble breathing, was extremely rude. She said it was a courtesy for them to come after hours so we could retrieve our car. This business genuinely thinks it’s God’s gift to Earth. People with no real purpose in life are dangerous since they tend to lash out at those who do. Beware.

They'll barely even wait for you to go out of sight. Your car will be gone within a MINUTE. You can simply just walk around the building, be a couple of minutes, it'll be gone. They don't wait. I don't have video evidence of illegal towing but I watched it happen. PLEASE report this "service", make it a legal matter. Get this place shut down. If your vehicle got towed by them wrongfully then please do something about it. I'll see what I can do as well.

Leandra was trying to tow my car off of a property that I was shopping at. Thank goodness, I had an angel watching out for me, he would not allow her to leave with my car. This is a very shady company and I hope nobody does business with them. They park in an alleyway and wait for people to walk away from their cars just so they can tow them. They also let under aged children ride in their vehicles while they’re out towing cars.
