Upon arriving to retrieve my towed vehicle, I noticed that many others were also in the same situation. What stood out the most was the unprofessional behavior of the employee, Tisha. She was not only rude and dismissive but also made the experience uncomfortable for everyone present. Despite attempts by customers to remain polite, Tisha responded with hostility and a lack of courtesy. It was also ironic to see a sign encouraging kindness in the facility while the staff member clearly did not reflect that.

Can’t leave a review without putting a star or it would happen. Money hungry thieves. Their driver takes blurry pictures from across the car to confirm there is “no” permit in the window and it’s “creditable” to them. I videoed myself walking up to my car and saw where my tag had just unstuck from half the window, but “it wasn’t there last night”. So I suppose I broke in and put it up half way in the middle of the night. Unprofessional at the least. Not my first encounter with them doing shady business either.

My car was towed from my place of work by these ppl, with no prior authorization from the management company. The person answering the phones lied 3 different times; to me, my boss and the management company. And on top, they charged to get my car out of the tow yard. Smh. They are now having to reimburse charges.
