Man my truck was in bad shape..For my Axel broke completely off...So my tire was sideways and truck was on it..Had called a previous tow but they couldn't because they had a flat bed..and we definitely needed a tow truck with a hook.So I called will tow and they said they could help me out..when ANDREW got here to my hometown of martindale we figured the best way to hook it without damaging the body..He did an excellent job and delivered it just to where I needed it..Andrew Is an excellent and experienced worker..I'm rating this place 5 stars. Thanks again....

This company along w one of their contract partners, McCarty Commons Apartment Complex, towed my vehicle overnight on 7/30. As anyone would be, I was furious because I had made sure to follow ALL the rules abt the visitor parking guidelines. I even took pictures of when I hung up my tag (valid until 7/31 11:59pm) just in case. I call the towing office number and Misty tells me that the driver uploaded a picture and in the picture there was NO parking permit hanging, I told her there’s no way that could happen bc I haven’t moved my car since Friday evening. I finally get to the location of the towing facility and I ask to see the picture that the driver uploaded and immediately the guy there says I’m getting the fees waived, as thankful as I was I asked him why. And he continues to tell me that the picture the driver uploaded did in fact have the parking permit all along like I said. This infuriated me even more since they basically towed my car FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I then asked him why was my car towed and he answered with “people make mistakes”. So then their employee lied to me abt the picture and the driver did in fact screw up. This was a MAJOR and STRESSFUL “mistake”. They are working w someone else’s property and for them not to be triple checking their actions is just reckless.

They stole my car from my daughters residence that she leases. It had the parking sticker visible on top lt side of windshield. They took it from her designated parking spot. They did not call San Marcos dispatch and tell them they were towing my car. Essentially they stole it and held for ransom. The pic is a pic my daughter took from impound lot with visible parking sticker. Owner Will Mannon not only refused to refund fee, after he accused my daughter of trying to “hide” sticker …yep she must have wanted to get towed…. But also admits to violating correct towing protocol which is to call San Marcos police and inform them of tow. I have filed complaint and reported to towing enforcement and spoken to The Retreat manager about his unprofessionalism. Refuses to refund although admits mistake, he also threatened my daughter by saying he was going to be looking for her car to make sure she put the sticker somewhere else. The retreat has been informed that he is not to be near my child or my car or I will pursue a restraining order. If you have been illegally towed by his company make sure to file your complaint and take it to court. Stealing a car and holding it from ransom and then threatening my daughter is completely unprofessional.
