Extremely rude driver blocked multiple cars and preceded to talk shit to women drivers. Watch your damn mouth and have some professionalism. Also the couple about to be towed paid 50 cash probably went straight in his pocket.

Had my car towed from a VISITOR parking lot. Towing signs should be in the parking lot not just in the main entrance that is several feet away. Lady over the phone was YELLING and kept hanging up on me. Most unprofessional establishment, I don’t know how these people enjoy doing this for a living. Their life revolves around scamming people and ruining their day. Already filed an unlawful towing report. Also how convenient is it that they have a paint and body shop right next to the towing place so when your car gets DAMAGED from their towing, you can get it fixed right there!!!!! Insane people, terrible experience.

Here to support someone’s claim, got towed from Chimys for less than 30 minutes and I talked to a worker and they confirm that RGC hires someone to look for people to tow, even if you were jsut picking up a to go order. The greed from this company is insane, the front desk is the worst and most unorganized experience I’ve ever had with someone in customer service. Hopefully the owner can see how much of a horrible staff they employ and how greedy they are to make some extra side money.
