They charged me $100 diagnostic fee to check on something that they could not fix. Of course, they didn't tell me that until after they did the diagnostic. So, I had to take my truck someplace else that could fix it. And, of course, the new place required their own diagnostic for $100 as all places do So, Twisted Metal took me for $100 just to tell me what I already knew knowing up front that they couldn't fix my truck, but they kept that information from me until after. I Brought my vehicle to them to be fixed. Not for a diagnostic. This is NOT Customer Focused Ethical Business Behavior.

I took my motorhome in for an inspection which was done quickly. After sitting at the license office in Belton .for 30+ minutes I was told that it wasn’t in the system because it was listed as a Fiat. When I went back they wouldn’t do anything because they were closed for lunch. I guess they could see that I wasn’t going to make a third trip over there after we went round and round.They said I’d switched the plates, which is ridiculous. I don’t know when I’ve been treated so rudely. Yes, I interrupted lunch but I made a useless and time consuming trip to Belton, and was accused of switching plates.
