Not knowing a thing about a car I depend on the people who know that business. Today I went into the store on 92 and 418 and the manager I think she said Shelly anyway she is great it's getting cold and going to be freezing i don't want to lose my car so I ask her about antifreeze and she knew what to do and helped me with it. Just left the Silsbee, Texas location and wanted to send a big thank you to the manager, Stacy, who went above and beyond on making my exchange and purchases smooth and easy. She took the time to painstakingly look through the various numbers and references for the members of my family to try to find the correct return part number when I was unsure of which was used. She was patient, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable in her work. Her many years of service there shows up in her vast knowledge of the parts and vehicle details, asking all the questions as to whether I needed the little extras I wouldn't have thought to consider to go along with my parts and purchase.
