The customer service at this O'reilly is here. In Vidor Texas, off. A 235 north main is bar none. The best I've ever seen. I've been to multiple. I also own multiple businesses, along with doing my own mechanic work. And they just went above and beyond to get me the part that I need at the best price possible. I would definitely visit here again. And I would advise you too as well. Ms. Linda and Ms. Kim are 2 excellent people. That would do anything to help a customer out in need of a part. After careful consideration and seeing a video about your town and very hateful store employees I believe you and the other O'Reilly store in Vidor should explain why I am now boycotting all O'Reilly auto parts stores and will be taking several thousand customers with me due to the racist, vile and repulsive things your employees said in a VIDEO as proof. I am white by skin color and you have just costed money for O'Reilly's national wide. Go ahead and call corporate, but it will do no good. I have that employee's face and his friends and the foul language out of his mouth says he is not to be working there or in any other store.
