Firstly let me say, I had a terrible experience with them. Here are the good parts first though... They did an excellent job removing the dents in my hood and color matching (if they did have to paint but im not entirely sure, to be honest). Also, one of the ladies in the office was very sweet and helpful (I wish I could remember her name... this was one I saw in person, not just on the phone.) Now for the bad, brace yourselves. I had my truck towed through AAA. My hood was left up on the tow and it smashed my windshield, hood and just about detached my grill. Let me say, crap happens and while I was upset and frustrated, the driver was very polite and apologetic, and I have nothing worse to say about him other than he was having an off day. They said they would fix the damages and I accepted. There was zero communication from them in the month that it took until the day they said it was finished. I called multiple times to check on my truck, which no other person in the office had any idea what I was talking about. I drove there 2 different times to check on it also. I was told that someone was able to "fix" my grill. I dont know how they could have because the clips were completely sheared off from the top of it. They did replace the whole grill anyway but I was feeling a little gaslighted with the whole "fix" thing. I would have liked a parts list or some kind of work order of what was done but not provided anything but a photo saying "trucks done". There was glass from the busted windshield left all in my seats and on my dash. Mind you, my truck wasn't clean and I wasn't expecting it detailed by any means, but at least the seats and dash clear of glass. Trash was left in the bed of my truck, my driver's side door has scrapes where the paint is gone (this is slightly minor but you can see when the door is open), my hood has a few gashes from the plastic paneling scraping it after they fixed the hood, but didnt replace the broken paneling. Not to mention the cost of needing a rental car to still get to work and such, it just sucked. Also, the picture with the little glass shards is after I made the first attempt of cleaning it up. The communication was horrible and I just hope they can do better in the future. Take this as you will, but my truck is my baby after my kid and dogs, this was just really unfortunate.

Our Peterbilt semi was impounded by Martins towing after an accident, and while Amazon paid the fees, the truck was left outside the secured gate with keys in the ignition and the door unlocked completely exposed to theft or damage. They also initially gave one invoice and then significantly inflated it, claiming it was correct, yet refused to provide their TDLR-filed towing and storage fee schedule, which they are legally required to provide. If you must deal with them, document everything: take photos, save receipts, and request the TDLR fee schedule in writing. You can also file a complaint with TDLR and request a hearing if fees are disputed or safety standards aren’t met.

Great experience with Mike from Martin Towing!! I did something stupid and ended up getting both my truck and my RV stuck in the mud. Chevy road service sent Martin Towing. Mike called to get exact details, came quickly, hooked up my truck, gave me instructions what to do and then pulled my truck out. He really knew what he needed to do to get me out and over the curb gently. He stayed until my truck successfully pulled my RV out also!! Great guy. Great equipment. Top notch service!
