Tim and his crew are Top Notch. They did an Incredible job getting the ol’ 63 TBird purring like a kitten and looking Sharp! The attention to detail really shows. Everyone takes great pride in their work -rightfully so! They addressed every part of the car - from the mechanics of the convertible top, to the many issues with the engine, to matching the unique turquoise color to a T! After they got her running GREAT, Tim invited to enter her in the local car show and she ended up winning 1st place in her class! How Exciting!! Many Thanks to Tim and his passionate and experienced crew. Couldn’t be happier and would Highly recommend IronHorse Classics to anyone with a classic car.

I had my 63 Galaxie 500 in multiple classic cars shop. No one could get it running right. I was so frustrated. I was thinking about selling my car. I called Iron Horse and explained my problems. Timothy told me to bring it by the shop. Before even getting it scheduled for the shop. They figured out most of the problems. With a quick look under the hood. Their quality of work and understanding of classic cars are amazing. What great people. Plus the education I received. My car runs perfect and I can finally enjoy it.

Same story as all the other one star reviews... What a horrible experience. At the end of March I contacted Tim at Ironhorse to talk to him about my Shelby GT500 having its clutch replaced. Tim let me know they would be about a month out but if I brought in my car they could get started sooner. I also had a hail claim on my vehicle and told him, get the clutch fixed and I will drop the car off here and there to get all the hail damage out. I told him SPECIFICALLY that I have all my other vehicles loaned out and I need back on the road asap. I dropped the car off week one of April 25, Tim took the car and the wait began. April passed, then June. I contacted Ironhorse weekly throughout the end of April and all of June for updates and never received a single one. Finally I went to Ironhorse to see what was going on. They had not touched my car one time in 2 months. It was dirty from sitting out in the sun with no sun visor for 2 months. When I spoke to Tim about it at the end of June, he made it crystal clear that his job is to keep the shop full and if I took my car it wouldn't matter to him at all. They will treat you like what you are, nothing to them. I got a strong feeling Tim won't be there forever because if you look at the reviews of the company, all of the negative ones mention him by name. I took my car to Grubbs in Garland and they had it on the lift the same day. Good luck with your awesome rides guys, avoid this place.
