I just want to give a huge shoutout to Scott, the manager at O’Reilly’s. He is hands down one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful people I’ve dealt with in the auto parts industry. Every time I come in, he takes care of me and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. Scott really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain things if needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does. O’Reilly’s is lucky to have him managing their store. I’ll definitely keep coming back because of the great service he provides!

Bradd was awesome! I called about a battery issue and he told me he would look at it, came to the store and he had me in and out and put a new battery in my car in less than 15 mins.. Give this guy a raise he is the BEST !!!!

He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process fast and easy. Customer service like this is rare — highly recommend asking for Sean.
