I see a lot of negative reviews but for me cheap towing was quick to get my car after a bad accident and were extremely helpful throughout the process. I appreciated being able to reach them with their 24/7 call support. If you live in the Seattle area I would recommend using them. Thanks Cheap Towing for all the help!

As other 1 star reviews, I called for roadside service through my insurance, they took the job but never showed up. About 90 minutes in, Progressive reached out to them and they gave an updated ETA of 30minutes, after having been set to arrive nearly an hour earlier. About an hour later Progressive called me to check on the status, and kept me on the line while they called Cheap Towing, they didn't answer the call from Progressive and had changed the status to try to reflect that they had attempted and were unable to complete the job. Which is not true, they just never showed up. If they can't do the job because it's a motorbike, fine, don't accept the job or cancel it when you realize you can't do it, don't leave someone waiting for hours just to ghost them. Terrible business, if you have a choice, go with someone else, if your roadside assistance assigns them, ask for someone else.

Never even showed up! Called hours early to verify pick up.. they said yes and now i call they said they dont even have me on file... pick up time has now expired and im stuck waiting... trying to find a capable tow company to help they're super disorganized, idk how they even stay in business..
