Scheduled a tow a day ahead of time. Called 10min after the scheduled pick up time and was told 'all drivers were in a meeting' and was asked to reschedule. Rescheduling wasn't an option and a driver was sent, but they didn't arrive until 50min after the originally scheduled time. was charged the originally quoted rate despite the poor service. Definitely wouldn't use again.
