I’ve used All Star twice and had great experiences both times. The first time was a few years ago when the side window of my car was broken during a break-in. They were able to come to my location and fix it, which was very convenient. Their price was also better than other places I called, and the quality of the work was good. I recently went back to them for a rock chip in my windshield. They did a good job again, and I had a really pleasant surprise - on the first Friday of every month, rock chip repairs are free! I only waited about 30 minutes. Customer service was excellent both times. Overall, I’ve had very positive experiences with All Star and would definitely recommend them

The work was excellent. However, the professionalism of the business was not. My window was replaced, but the individual that replaced front windshield took out personal belongings (window covers) which were just sitting on the passenger seat in a cargo van. Why didn't the individual just throw the covers in the rear of the cargo van I cannot answer. When I realized yesterday that the covers were missing I called at 5:15pm yesterday and advise they had been removed from the van and I was enroute to retrieve them as they block the windows to ensure no one is looking inside van to steak things. The receptionist said she could not locate them and they would be closed.

Price was fair, best in the area that I could find, Safelite wanted to charge me 500. I didn't catch her name but the front desk girl was super sweet and was very helpful, they finished up in 40 minutes for me but ask for 2 hours which is reasonable, overall good experience after getting my car broken into. Thanks to you guys! I also wanted to add that the total cost was 375 after tax for a rear driver side window replacement, very fair price, and they vacuumed out all the glass shards for me which was an amazing cherry on top. Definitely consider all-star.
