As five star as five star gets… During a recent road trip I needed a package shipped to a UPS partner so I could pick it up on the road. Whitehead/Napa readily agreed, and when the shipment is delayed, and I was not able to receive it in person, they facilitated me emailing them return labels, splitting the initial box into two, labeling and shipping the items for me. They would not accept any compensation for the service, plus they run a great auto parts store in addition to the mailing services. Wish I was local so I could give them more business. Best NAPA store I have been too. If they do not have a part, they search for it. There is no quick answer of "nope, not available " they actually go to other store on line searching. Great place to get parts! Helped me out tremendously while I was working on my Dodge 1500 4x4 AND when I needed to drop off a UPS package!

Shout out to the gang at Whitehead’s! We were traveling from Canada back to the states and needed a UPS location to have items delivered and shipped. I called to make sure that I could get the shipment received and was greeted on the phone by Nick, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We pulled in a few days later to retrieve the items and pack up some to ship home. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and accommodated our needs. Thanks again fellas!!
