Had a tire blow out on I5 just south of chehalis. Dispatch sent out someone immediately. Picasso came to the rescue. Even though it was cold, rainy, and super early in the morning, he showed up with a great attitude and very welcoming. He is very professional and great at what he does. Thank you! After my father passed away I ended up with his pride and joy that sat far too long. After a lot of soul searching I decided to get this beautiful car back out to the streets once again. Made some calls and landed here being closer and local to myself. Lady on the phone was super nice and easy to speak with.... could have chatted a while with her... she got everything in order and a date n time were made. Day comes and the time was 10 am. Get a call and the driver was behind slightly. Towing is not a exact timeliness considering what they do... no problem to me..... truck shows up and a gentleman named Ritchie greets me... Excellent guy to have met. Super cool and very engaging to say the least. He got backed up and had the car loaded up in no time at all. Very professional indeed. With car loaded I followed behind to it destination to be properly worked on. Paid for the service and he helped push it to where it needed to be. With a handshake and a smile he took off to do more work but not before stopping and telling me that he better see the car on his road driving... I agreed to it and when finished I shall. Big thanks to him and the company for helping me achieve something near n dear to me.... Thank you. I definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know. Remember to support your local business for they are the backbone of your community.

We were nervous and scared as my tire had completely blown out, I swerved all over the road, but managed to get over to the side. Richie came and his calm, friendly competent personality got us back on the road. I had two passengers with me and we were all able to ride in the car on top of the flatbed buckled in. That was a really big help. Richie was great… Five stars
