Super overdue review as my last visit was 6 months ago. Needless to say, Jay was absolutely fantastic. I went in to fix a broken side mirror due to my embarrassing mistake of backing into a spot without seeing a concrete pillar. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful for the part and replacing it within (not days but) 1 hour. He changed oils on the spot without any upselling/throwing jargons and it was such a pleasant experience, which unfortunately I can’t say the same about other shops. He is very kind and thorough, and I can tell that he loves cars and his customers. Looking forward to my next visit, I highly recommend this business.

I recently brought my Honda in for a full fluid change, including a complete CVT transmission service, and they also took care of an issue with my taillights that had been out. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. My car runs smoother than ever, and the transmission feels like new again, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. They also inspected my brake pads, checked and adjusted tire pressure, and completed a tire rotation, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear, the work was done right the first time, and everything was completed in a timely manner. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Issaquah area looking for reliable auto repair and maintenance!
