Outstanding Service – Thank You, Joel!! Recently, my car suddenly broke down on Highway 5, and I was completely caught off guard. I requested a tow truck, but the estimated arrival time was 88 minutes, which left me feeling disappointed and exhausted. However, Joel from Carl’s Towing called me just five minutes later and arrived at the scene within 10 minutes. From the moment he arrived, Joel showed genuine kindness and professionalism. He warmly invited my husband and me to sit in the tow truck, carefully inspected our car, took detailed photos, and loaded it safely. During the ride to the dealership, Joel continued to go above and beyond. Knowing it was our first time in such a stressful situation, he calmly explained the importance of staying in the car and wearing our seatbelts while waiting for help. He played music to help ease our nerves, offered us cold water, and kindly asked if we needed to stop at a rest area. He even asked how we planned to get home after dropping the car off at the dealership. Thanks to Joel’s compassion, attention to detail, and professionalism, we felt truly supported and cared for during a very difficult moment. I’m deeply grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to call Carl’s Towing again if I ever need assistance in the future.
