Very disappointing experience. My Tesla Model 3 ran out of battery in a parking garage, so I called this towing company. The driver used a jumper pack and got the screen to turn on, but then claimed there was nothing else he could do and said the car had to be sent to the dealership. He left without resolving the issue and still charged me $200. The next day, I called another tow company. They used the same method, put the car into tow mode, and we pushed it to a charging station. Once plugged in, everything worked perfectly. I paid $200 for nothing. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

After having my tire popped I requested a tow truck around 6:13am which said it would take 75-105 minutes. Right at that mark it then said 12-42 minutes after waiting almost an hour I called and was told now it would take another 45 minutes. Another hour goes by and nothing. Ended up waiting almost 4 hours and had to push for updates rather than getting them sent to me. My insurance company ended up calling another tow company that only took 40 minutes. I understand tows can take a while, but 4 hours is insane along with lying about their ETA. Later to work than expected which meant more leave to be used because they were dishonest about their ETA. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Why give an ETA if you aren’t going to stick by it? The lack of care and time management shows us customers you do not respect or value our time. I hope to never use this company again.

Had a break in that left my car unsafe to drive so my insurance called AM-PM towing at around 9:30 AM to tow my car to a repair shop ~ 15-20 minutes away. The estimated wait time was 2 hours. Around 2 PM, I called to ask what the deal was, and was told it would be less than an hour more. Around 3 PM, it went up to "another hour," but for some reason, the dispatcher said we wouldn't have to take it out of the garage. Every time we called prior, the dispatcher said the driver should call us when they're about 10-15 minutes away so we can get the car out of the (underground) garage. The driver finally calls when he's outside the building, at around 4:30 PM, and expressed concern that the shop might close before he gets there (they close at 5 PM and do not have a key drop box). He takes the car anyway, does not follow up or send pictures (as he said he would), or call us to let us know where our car is. I called the repair shop twice to see if it was left on the lot before calling AM-PM, who let me know he brought it back to their lot (nobody thought to let me know???). I then have to call my insurance so they can schedule delivery of my car to the repair shop. The repair shop said they shouldn't have tried to bring the car that late & my insurance said they should not have towed that late or brought it back to the tow lot without letting us know either. Mixed experience with dispatchers, ironically the only nice one was the woman I spoke to who let me know the car was on their lot. Bad experience with driver who was barely communicative.
