As a local customer, having a parts store that’s dependable, knowledgeable, and quick makes a huge difference — and this team consistently delivers. Moran, Robert, and Tyler have all been incredibly helpful. Whether it’s tracking down the right part, making sure something gets in quickly, or just taking the time to double-check details so everything is correct the first time, they always go above and beyond. Their timeliness and communication really stand out — especially when you’re on a tight schedule and need parts fast. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping their customers and supporting the local community

Went in for a quick trip to get an engine air filter. Nicole was incredibly helpful and professional and she was able to easily locate the part number. Her colleague upfront was very kind. Wonderful customer service experience! Keep up the good work, folks!

So two stories here, the first wasn't a great experience and the second was. The first was when I had to come in a week ish ago for some break pads and to talk about my check engine light code, I was approached by this gal and I explained what was going on, but she procced to nag at me for clearing my check engine light (I couldn't control weather my engine light was on or off) I didn't appreacite that. Also without being so blunt but she could use some deodorant. The second story was today, Robert was the one who helped me with the same check engine light and who I had voiced my concern too about the gal being rude and nagging at me. He was professional and got me what I needed! He needs to be promoted or something of that nature, beacuse of his amazing customer service I will be back! :)
