As with many other reviewers have noted, the pricing here is skeevy. Called about a dehumidifier, and the lady on the phone told me $15 to dispose of it. Cool, no problem. I get there (same day) with the dehumidifier and now it’s suddenly $40. The receipt with the schedule of fees has $15 crossed out and $40 written over it with a sharpie. I paid it because I just wanted to be rid of this thing, and where else can you get rid of a compressor. I hope you enjoyed ripping me off once, because next time, I’d drive 50 miles to get rid of the next one, just to avoid this place.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the owner! He’s a terrible businessman, completely rude, belligerent, aggressive, argumentative and arrogant! Only kind people are the employees. Unfortunately, because of a tyrant owner, they have to keep their heads. If you wanna have a bad experience, by all means go there, but you might want to think twice and take your business to someone who actually will appreciate it other than this guy. I guarantee that if you go somewhere else the owner will not argue with you, call you names, yell and swear at you…..that is just an inkling of the experience I had to endure. I’ve spoken to others of gotten there and they have had the exact same experience if not worse. Don’t waste your time going there. Thank you for reading.
