They replaced my windshield & created a water leak. I gave them several chances to repair it. Turns out they couldn't find an obvious hole in the glue they used to repair my windshield that another company quickly found. The company who finally repaired the leak also found my car was not safely reassembled so if the airbag had deployed it would have caused injury. My car is moldy, the sunroof is damaged & Werners kept telling me the glass repair was not the issue (four visits over six weeks). Go elsewhere- there is no lifetime warranty, they will not treat you well if you try to use said warranty & they don't assemble your car safely.

Excellent business, high quality customer service, excellent results with the painting project and would use this business in a heartbeat for any future automotive rebuild, thank goodness my children have learned how to not crash cars. FYI the gal at the front desk is awesome!!

Werner's is a reliable, helpful place to bring your car. I had something happen to my car while I was a work a while back, and I brought my car in to Werner's to get it fixed. It was a very efficient process and the women at the front desk who helped begin the process was very helpful and friendly. After the work was complete, I had an issue with the way the transaction showed up on my company card and I had to contact them a few times to get it resolved. They were communicative, patient and helpful. My partner realized that I was missing a small car part after I got my car back. I contacted them about it and they were very professional about showing me the picture of my car from before they began the work, in which it proved that my car part was already missing. Then, they offered to order the car part for me. A few weeks later I went in to get it installed. I went to pay for it and they waved the fee for the part! I highly recommend having Werner's work on your car.
