Lack of transparency! I am genuinely confused. I called the 425 number on this google listing to schedule a tow for my SUV. The tow truck that showed up was for Gerber towing. Gerber has 2 stars on Yelp and I did not sign up to have this company tow my car. They were an hour late for my scheduled appointment time and did not notify me they were going to be late. The plot thickens, the company on my payment receipt is Auto Towing LLC, a third company. Are all three of these companies in cahoots or are they all just the same company? Either way I can't say I'm impressed. I was also charged $200 for a 5 mile tow, which is steep in my opinion. They did drop off my car for the quoted price in the end so I guess that's worth 2 stars.

Thank you Ali to your team's professionalism, I got what I needed with ease and at a great price! Incredible people that are not after your money but actually there to help with the exact price they qouted you for it took us almost an hour and a half the battery of my Mercedes was was dead for almost 2 years they literally waited patiently to charge the battery then we jumped it after that then they towed it properly and even offered me a ride to the destination that i wanted the car dropped at. I have received service from other towing providers but never have i seen them be this caring, helpful, honest and passionate about the service they are providing you guys are going the right direction.
