Contacted my insurance for a tow and they sent a GOAT driver Zaidi who was able to bring me a requested flatbed for my slightly lowered 350z to my location at the estimated time (almost less than an hour), he was very fast to respond! Zaidi contacted me right away and was able to get up and going to the shop communicating with me very well on getting my car on the truck. Also a chill guy to talk to if you like JDM cars?. If you ever need a tow anywhere near Seattle, Zaidi is the one to call.

I had a great experience with Long Towing, especially the driver ZAIDI. After 3 companies couldn’t fit their truck in my driveway. My Cadillac wouldn’t go in Nuteral and I was so stressed. However, he was professional, calm, and efficient while towing my car safely. His communication was excellent, he handled everything with confidence, and he was also a very handsome young guy with a great attitude. He made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Long Towing and definitely ask for ZAIDI!

Charlie was a stud. My 2021 Tesla Model 3 fuse blew out and after AAA sent me 3 different tow trucks and still managed to fail at sending me one with a flatbed AND wheel dollies … here comes Charlie saving the day. So instead of having to call out for the whole day at work, I was able to come in just 2 hours late and Charlie took care of my baby love until drop off. Sent pictures from the pick up, the car on the flatbed, the drop off and where he parked it. Next time I need a tow, I’m requesting Charlie and/or anybody from Long Towing. Definitely more than satisfied.
