They’ve been in the neighborhood for a long time and they work to get the price point down by trade in or working with your old gear. They extended the factory warranty! I had an a set of bars on top and a trifold installed at the back. Just feels different to buy from an outfit like these guys.

After the electric garage door of my apartment building damaged a crossbar that Rack and Rail had installed on the roof of my car a few years ago, they ordered a replacement and installed it. The installation of the replacement part was quick and easy, the part wasn’t expensive and they graciously waived the installation fee because they said it wasn’t a big deal to put a new crossbar on. They put crossbars on my old car 20 years ago and sold me a Thule, then put crossbars on my new car to carry the Thule. Every time I’ve ever needed help, I’ve always had a great experience.
