Very awesome experience for my first trip to an auto Dealership. Al and the other guys involved were all very accommodating, and we had our heart set on the car we test drove. Al seems like a very to-the-point type of guy, and my Husband and I felt a sense of ease with him. He was very honest throughout the whole process, even regarding the financing options. Al had a new car battery installed for us and offered to install the license plates. We just need a special bracket for the front plate, which we might have already found via Honda, and will be back soon for them to install. I feel proud of myself for having found such a great auto Dealer, and I'm no longer intimidated about buying from a business!

I brought my car in a couple weeks ago on a Saturday with a blown head gasket - they got me in immediately and fixed up in less than a week, and under budget! They did a great job, basically rebuilt my whole engine, got everything under the hood cleaned up and were very thorough. Thanks so much!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have a 2003 Buick with low miles that I am unreasonably attached to. The water pump went out, on a Sunday no less, and I was able to get it towed there with almost no notice. These folks repaired it in record time, for a very reasonable price. Shortly after I had a problem with rats that chewed up a ton of wires. Again on a SUNDAY, I was able to bring it in. The folks at Babylon worked tirelessly to find the culprit, and repaired the wires at no cost. I had some spark plugs and coils that desperately needed replacing, and they even took the time to show me what to look for if I ever was in this position again. Instead of replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced, they thoroughly inspected every bit of wiring and made sure I got a fair deal. I never want to take my car anywhere else for work. THANK YOU BABYLON!! I have never felt so taken care of. Truly, if you have a car problem that needs fixing in the Seattle area, these people are where you should turn.
