I recently had my front quarter panel replaced and headlight repaired after someone reversed into me. The team at Cook's was fantastic. Specifically, I worked with Taylor who ensured I got a detailed breakdown of costs, and anytime something new was found or a price difference occurred I got a phone call to talk through whether it was needed or not. I am so impressed with the speed and quality of their work, and felt that the level of communication along the way was exactly what I needed. At one point a part was $0.60 different than the quote but this was communicated to me because that's the right thing to do. I hope I won't need their services again but would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great autobody and repair shop.

My 2018 Nissan Leaf was accidentally hit while parked resulting in rear fender damage. Cook's came highly recommend in the neighborhood and I am glad I visited. The staff was pleasant and professional, very responsive to questions, and highly reliable.
