Chucks Auto repair has such an Awesome customer service. They are really great staff, my Jeep was leaking fluid and they fixed at a decent price. This was my first visit to Chuck’s Auto Repair and I’ll definitely be back for any future repair needs! Their online scheduling system and after-hours drop off option made things hassle free. Dave was extremely thorough in explaining each of their recommended services after the initial inspection and offered advice on which to prioritize. The inspection report was broken down into “Requires Immediate Attention”, “May Require Attention Soon”, and “Checked & Okay” categories, making it even easier to determine which services were best given my budget. Big thanks to Dave and his team!

I’ve been visiting Chuck’s for the past three years, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! Everything from the drop-off to the diagnosis report, estimates, and pick-up is super easy and stress-free. The staff is always so patient, explaining everything from the most urgent to the less pressing issues. They’re always happy to answer my questions since I’m not a car expert. When I wasn’t sure if I needed a new car, they also let me know if they think it would be a better idea than a major repair. They’re always upfront about what they think. They also took the time to deal with my extended warranty company to get some parts covered. I would definitely recommend them!
