Wonderful experience with the new owner. My friends battery died at a festival at the Gorge and we wanted professional help instead of asking camp mates for help. He kept in contact about when he would arrive, was very friendly during our interactions and was honestly priced. If I'm ever in the unfortunate situation of needing a tow company in this area of WA again, they will be my first call. Thanks again!!

This is the worst towing company in the area. They are ignorant and difficult to deal with. They are not cautious with your vehicle in the towing process and things always seem to be missing from the vehicle after the tow. They do have a great secretary lady and the driver is a decent person but the owner is a different story. As we agreed on a price to get my belongings out of the car on a certain date continued to him charging me an extra hundred dollars to get my phone from which for some reason he had in his personal possession which beats me as to why he even had. Tho I did not have the choice as to weather I used this company or not I don't recommend.
