Charlie and team did an amazing job at getting my alternator replaced. I was expecting the car to be in the shop for at least a day or two, but it was towed in and had the part replaced by 4:30. Charlie was also able to save me quite a bit of money by calling the part manufacturer and inquiring about the warranty. Thank you Charlie and Chappell Auto!

We are on an extended camping trip and traveling in the Palouse. Our engine light came on so we called around and this shop was recommended for diesel trucks. The owner diagnosed the problem as exhaust related and after getting rid of built up exhaust, we were on our way. Highly recommended. Btw, Palouse is a very friendly town and has some nice architecture and ornamental features.
