The owners operate this yard like a pick n pull, leaving the yard unsecured and open to anyone to freely smash and take what they like. This problems existed for years and they’ve done nothing to fix it. They are complicit and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

My original review last year was removed, so here we go again :) (updated to include pictures!) These guys are horrible. If your car gets towed here like mine was after it had been stolen Sept last year, get it out ASAP because they treat this place like a junkyard. Good luck getting in touch with anybody on the phone, it took me literally a dozen times back to back of calling this company before somebody actually picked up so I could authorize my insurance company towing my car. Nobody bothered helping me navigate the situation or informing me of what needed to be done on my end. AND THEY DAMAGED MY CAR WHILE IT WAS THERE (it was there for less than a week) When I was there getting my belongings the day it was recovered, I saw them use forklifts and drag these cars around without any precautions to avoid damaging that vehicles or others around it. I still had an in tact bumper when it was towed there and it was halfway ripped off by the time it left. Along with orange paint scraped across the front end of my white car, too. They still have not paid back my insurance for the damages they caused to my car over a year after the fact. It's a shame SPD has used this company to tow stolen vehicles, they don't deserve the business. Way to make a stressful situation worse with a careless company that only cares about making extra money rather than actually being a useful asset.

i literally don’t know what to say. lowkey been in shock over this all morning. got my car back with the windshield destroyed. gal who helped me at the desk was kind enough but i was gagged when i got to my car. i will definitely be perusing the MULTIPLE reddit threads of people giving tips on how to get this company to actually own up to the damage — sounds like they don’t make it easy. super disappointing and disheartening.
