I’ve had to go to SK Auto Body twice in the past four months because of two separate car accidents, and both experiences were seamless from start to finish. From the very first call they took over and handled everyyyything, literally! They coordinated a rental car, dealt directly with my insurance company about payment, and even towed my vehicle at no cost. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, that kind of support really makes a difference. Shadi is professional, personable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the repair and the customer experience. The office manager, Jackie was equally wonderful, friendly and consistently kept me informed throughout the process. Overall just a smooth, stress-free experience both times. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

After my car got hit by a tow truck (low-speed collision, but lots of body damage to the passenger doors) just before Christmas, I wanted to find a good place that would do quality work. The reviews here were good, so I gave it a shot. I’m so glad I did. These guys are serious professionals, and did a spectacular job. Despite the busyness of the holidays, they took the car quickly - right in the first week of January. I received regular phone calls from their office whenever the car moved to the next stage in their process (insurance evaluation, insurance approval, parts buy, etc.) which helped a ton since so many shops just leave you in limbo and tell you when it’s done. Getting the car back, I saw that they went above and beyond. I lived close enough that Shadi dropped the car off himself and talked me through the repairs they did before leaving, and made sure I was aware of his shop’s warranty too - he was really professional and it’s clear he cares about both the quality of his work and his customers’ satisfaction. They even detailed the interior of the car! The car looks better now than I’ve ever seen it. This has been a truly excellent experience with SK Auto Body. I know where I’m going if I ever need work again.
